Bob and I were inseparable from the fall of freshman year until the day that he left us. Our children grew up best friends, and he was the godfather to my middle son. This past fall would've been FIFTY YEARS!! I still think about him every single day, and when something happens in the course of my day, for just a split second, I think to myself, I have to call Bobby and tell him.
I know that the term is overused, but he truly lit up a room as soon as he stepped foot inside. Love you Bobby. See you again soon.
